Pros

Good PTO. 40 hour set schedule.

Cons

The company does not seem to care about its employees. Bonuses and recognition are rare, if they happen at all. HR does not seem to do anything about complaints or concerns. Payroll messes up often and then takes money out of future paychecks.

Pros

You don't have to deal with patients, customers, clients.

Cons

- You work with biohazards yet Bio-Reference does below the minimum for a clean, hazard-free working environment. Low stock on gloves, paper towels, hand soap, and the floors have NEVER been cleaned since I started this position a few months ago. - Negative reinforcement from upper management (specifically from Lillian who's the director of supervisors) - Workers easily dispensable
