Pros
Great benefits, 401k plan, Life insurance & flexibility with hours. Great co workers, enjoyable environment, good salary & training is on point.
Cons
No room for advancement after working half your life dedicating yourself to the company for more than a decade & being tossed to the side for an outsider coming in. It's just sad to know that loyalty means little to upper management when you are striving to move up in the company that you worked blood sweat & tears for.
