Pros

Some of the coworkers you have are really great people. There’s always open positions.

Cons

Starting hourly wages are less than almost all other reference labs in the state. PTO is hard to get approved and managers shame you whenever you request it. Meanwhile, salaried employees get unlimited PTO which they take full advantage of. They sacrifice the integrity of the work that is being done by cutting corners to save money. They cut the staffing down for running the work while hiring a multitude of higher-ups who are paid excessive salaries. The employees who are completing the work and the patients are the ones who pay the price in the end. There’s no room for growth or career development. Work environment is highly unprofessional.

Pros

The work is easy and easy to learn. If you do your work and follow protocols, you’ll have no problem at all.

Cons

Communication from management is very poor and there is very little room for upward growth.
