You have a fairly flexible schedule and you get great benefits, fairly nice people you will work with. You also get paid if you work on holidays.

Cons

Overworked, high stress environment, no sense of belonging, poor management, always required to work two big holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.), low pay.

A giant thumbs up for a truly amazing company! As an employee you’re given realistic expectations with realistic timelines. Health and safety are always the #1 priority. Things move fast around here, so you’ve got to be ready to keep up. Ultimately, though, BRL is a people company: The focus is always on the people who work here and creating better working conditions for us.

Cons

They don’t get everything right the first time, but they’re willing to own up to their missteps and do what’s necessary to make things right. It’s easy to respect a company that can do that.
