Pros
I cannot emphasize enough what a good starting job this is. They’re very open about giving people chances and wanting to train an employee to be a great fit rather than trying to find that needle in the haystack. Pretty much as long as you have a good attitude and show interest in learning, they’ll hire you. After three years I feel much more prepared for my future career in medicinal research and I know that I have a very promising career here at BR Labs if I choose to stay.
Cons
Management is only easy to please for the first year while you’re still learning. After that, they decide whether you’re a good fit or not. Those who aren’t get the boot.
