Some of the people you meet here are the best. When allowed, the work life balance is wonderful.

Cons

HR is awful, some supervisors don’t listen to their people and are demanding. Environment can be toxic. Pay is below average.

Pros

Provider of biological life science jobs in the Twin Cities, flexible work schedule.

Cons

Expensive health insurance plans, no bonuses/stock options, lots of overtime for salary workers, little to no annual salary increases, no work at home options, "Collaboration happens onsite" It seems management does not trust employees to be productive at home so they'd like them onsite, however, the same individuals will just sit counting the clock and take up cubical space.
