Hardly any room to advance career forward. You have to wait for others to get promoted (or quit) to move up.

There is fairly good base-salary. Supervisors actually care about work-life balance.

Cons

Holidays are variable each year so you never know what days you have off ahead of time. Holiday bonuses/additional time are are basically non-existent. Also, communication between departments is just not a thing- compartmentalization of groups leads to confusion and slow-going when collaboration is needed.
