Pros

Standard benefits and flexible hours. Good for freshly graduates only.

Cons

There are toxic supervisors/managers in certain groups. The so called EPIC culture (empowerment, passion, innovation, collaboration) is just a myth, another way of saying MN nice! There are no options for career growth. HR is a bad word there.
