      As long as you were doing your job and showed that you cared you had a great time and able to meet great people.

      The lack of workers made work stack up and hard to keep up .

      - Reasonable benefits - Seem to work hard to retain employees within the organization

      Cons

      - Runs very lean - Poor onboarding and training processes - Moving people within the organization seems to have resulted in a lack of conformity to processes as those that have been at the company for a time "know a person"
