Extremely intelligent and educated colleagues, who (for the most part) are well intentioned. Company is in the midst of a culture change, and exhibits great potential. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Vacation offering to new employees is well below average and is not based on titular responsibility. Some resistance within long-tenured employees to the cultural evolution.

Cons

Active growth in acquisitions has created some disconnection between the different family of brands that is continuing to evolve.
