Bio-Techne has a very good overall work ethic, keeping employees updated on current trends. Bio-Techne also has good Medical & Dental insurance. Bio-Techne also has excellent employee training programs, keeping employees updated with current technology and skills, giving employees opportunity for growth and advancement.

Cons

Management communication skills need to improve, notifying employees with changes, news,etc. within their respective departments.
