      Flexible schedule, adequate training, starter job for career, decent holidays

      Cons

      Upper management is useless and overload all the employees with work and then get upset when nothing can get completed. Plenty of favoritism that goes around. Toxic supervisors that are allowed to continue to work there even though people constantly bring up their issues with them. Empty promises for growth. HR is only there for to protect the company and not the employees. Allow sexual predators to work at their company.

      The company is continuing to find its way which means continued CHANGE. This isn't a con in my opinion. However, those that are unable to adapt to change may find it so.

      Cons

      The engineering team lacks vertical growing room in terms of titles, but the role can always expand under the same title. Our coffee machine, which freshly grinds beans on demand, is currently down and we've been given Dunkin coffee in the meantime. Otherwise no cons.
