Bio-Techne is a publicly traded company and has been on a growth trajectory for the past 10 years. Recently voted one of Inc. BITS (Bio-techne Information Technology Services) is stacked with great people, amazing leadership, fabulous culture and tremendous opportunity. The leadership team genuinely listens to the voices of its employees. That is not to say that the business will immediately change it's policies based on every bit of feedback, but considerations are given and each voice is valued (much more than you would think in a corporation of this size).
