      Pros

      This company is expanded to three size larger in three years to become a very famous global biotech company. The company culture and working environment are so attractive to recruit the best scientists. This is a comfortable and warm, best benefit working company for a stable long stay.

      Cons

      This company is operated efficiently on a fast path that employees are working hard and doing their best to make the most profit from the varieties of products. They need more recognition and reward programs.

      Pros

      The benefit package is wonderful. The company is also working towards creating an EPIC culture which encourages Empowerment, Passion, Innovation, and Collaboration. This type of change does not happen overnight, but I am seeing the change.

      Cons

      Leadership needs training and that training has begun. I hope to see this con turned into a Pro real soon!

      New leadership in the last couple years has really done well investing both in the organization and the culture. Values were created that everyone believes in and what once was a very silo oriented organization now has become an engaging and dynamic environment where the focus is on collaboration and innovation. There are many opportunities available here at Bio-Techne for those looking to make an impact.

      Cons

      The yearly performance reviews are outdated and not effective.
