      Pros

      Bio-Techne has some of the best research products for life Sciences.

      Cons

      The management team seems to be unaware of the transition requirements to move into new markets and they continue to purchase companies that don't make any sense. They are ignoring the dedication of people who have been contributing to the company's success. Instead of rewarding the people who have built the company, they are hiring more senior management and C-Suite staff who are clueless to past successes.

      Leadership listens to employees and genuinely cares about them. The executive team is deeply involved in the operations of their business units - there are no ivory towers and corporate politics are minimal.

      Cons

      The company has grown quickly through acquisition so policies are not always documented or consistent from site to site. Efforts are underway to get these things sorted.
