Wonderful friendly and inclusive atmosphere, very accommodating to individuals work needs, free ample parking (both in a private ramp & lots next to building), high value towards work/life balance, encouraging atmosphere to innovation and growth, competitive wages

Competitive compensation and benefits, innovative and good at diversity.

Cons

Leadership in charge of Exosome nearly destroyed the business. Found out same individual was given leadership of a successful diagnostics business and is now implementing the same failed strategy and is ruining that business. Explain how a profitable business can turn into a negative growth business the next. SS YOU ARE TERRIBLE.
