work culture used to be so great until they brought in new management after a series of expensive project failures. New management is so toxic, gas-lighting people and only cares about there bottom line. Laid-off many good employees while CEO got a ridiculous bonus and blamed it on poor performance instead of the poor financial decisions that the CEO made over his years. Cut people with years of experience and then suddenly are left with only new employees with no real knowledge of the antibody industry. Driving a great place into the ground. So sad to watch.
