      Work environment is everything. Upper management truly understand that and really aim to keep employees happy

      Very fast paced environment which is great for clients but can add a high level of stress to employees

      Awesome people, growing as industry leader

      Cons

      Bonus plan is included in our hiring contracts to be paid quarterly. sometimes they are the first pay after the quarter, sometimes the second, sometimes whenever HR feels like it. The employees in the weeds working hard to drive revenue are counting on the bonuses.
