Pros

Small company with good intentions..some good people just very few in the Executive roles!

Cons

Lousy follow through and non transparent leadership. As an example a month after being let go I recieved a package with a backpack, water bottle and get this a t shirt that says Team Bio...what a slap in the face. If you have other options take them!

Pros

Driven work environment, which is genuinely on the forefront of the industry for remote patient monitoring. It feels genuinely good to know that these devices are novel and have averted major catastrophic events for some patients.

Cons

Lack of clear communication from upper management as to overall direction of the company, leading at times to instability in structure and faith in a secure future as an employee.
