      Pros

      I’ve been working at BioTissue for 6 months, and I love my job and I love the company. BioTissue has transformed over the past 2 years. 2 years ago there was a major shift in the projection of the company. They focused mainly on research and made a major commercial shift to focus on giving patients and physicians access to the product. This transformation included a brand new world class executive team, and they’re focusing on hiring and keeping the best sales talent. The CEO (Ted), CCO (Tom), VP of Sales (Brandon), and VP of Marketing (Tiffany), have put much of their time and attention into creating and instilling the best company culture, and thrive to make this a place where all employees can love their job. They have given the sales team access to the best tools to be successful. BioTissue is the pioneer in regenerative medicine. We will continue to realize the full potential of regenerative therapy. It’s never easy being the company who works to elevate the standard of medicine. We all feel a tremendous responsibility to do our best and get better each day. This is what makes me so passionate about this job and company. In 2022, we hit our company goal and the transformation of regenerative medicine into the healthcare industry is happening now because of us!

      Pros

      New CEO has brought new life into the organization. Many of the the changes made have left a positive impression on both new and tenured employees. Very competitive benefits recently announced and positive work environment. Feel challenged and valued for the work you do. One of the few companies to work for where you can have a direct, positive impact on people's lives.

      Cons

      Commute to the Corporate office in horrendous. Consider moving to a 4-1 (home/office) work week at the discretion of department manager and/or as the business needs require being in the office. All too often, employees are in the office to hit the 3-day weekly quota.

      *Incredible talent being hired at all levels over the past year! *HUGE changes to the company culture that everyone is on board with and reinforcing! Amazing transformation that makes this a great place to work! *Recent updates to employee benefits that blow everyone else out of the water! *With the new culture and teams built, the collaboration between teams has made what the company accomplished in 2022 IMPRESSIVE! Teams all over the company are unstoppable!! *Builing trust and employee focus are front and center in 2022 and beyond. They're getting it right in management! *Deliberate and thoughtful selection and hiring of new talent has been one of the biggest reasons the culture and talent matrix has launched innovation and movement through the roof! They don't just hire to fill seats... every role counts, and the right matches to the company's core values matter to protect the culture and momentum of the company.

      Cons

      No serious shortcomings in this new culture and core value rollout! There is a LOT to do at this company. Communication pathways are in place and the direction is pretty clear for all. People take ownership and the finger pointing/blame has been effectively reduced to almost ZERO. Silos are gone with the new culture and as new employees arrive.
