      Pros

      The companies culture has changed from the top down. Everyone, and i mean everyone, is happy to go out of their way to help in any way possible. I’ve been to a bunch of different companies, and I’ve never seen products that are this unique and efficacious.

      Cons

      Base salary isn’t the best but the compensation plan is outstanding and it continues to be tweaked in favor of the sales rep.

      - It is a safe workplace with people that for the most part are fun to work with - the company has a lot of integrity, the science is real and proven effective, patients are genuinely prioritized - most of the leadership is very personable and easy to talk to

      Cons

      - While a hybrid structure is better than working full-time inside the office, I'd like the freedom to travel and work during certain times of the year. - transparency can be an issue sometimes. - the company would benefit from stepping out of its comfort zone and trying new things
