      Pros

      The company has a great product and a lot of growth potential. There is a lot of room for innovation and if you are a person that likes to work in a fast paced dynamic environment TissueTech is the place for you.

      Cons

      The company culture is close to none, there is no work life balance, no working from home, exempt employees almost clock in and out, management is ever changing, there are two extreme type of managers - very flexible or very micro-managers.

      Great company that cares for and expects lot from its employees and its mission in being the leader in the regenerative application of human amniotic and umbilical cord tissues. Initiative and growth is encouraged.

      Cons

      TissueTech is a rapidly growing company and you if you can't keep up you'll get tangled up and fall behind.
