      Pros

      Compensated well for your work as a sales rep. Fortunate to have a great Manager who will go to bat for their reps. Best product on the market and it’s not that close.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover at the top this year, and new management seems to be full of Pharma experience, which from a strategical and style standpoint does not correlate to successful selling in the OR. Hopefully will see what the plan for the future is soon. Must start to make reimbursement a priority and get larger clinical studies completed and into the field.

      OK tech, but there are quite a few amnion companies now

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication between upper mgmt and everyone else. Lack of updates on RCT. Regulatory is a joke. Poor morale in sales organization. Feels like they are looking to cash out so don't expect to stay long.

      Unique and interesting technology. Best in class

      Unrealistic quotas, does not value their sales reps. Upper management is arrogant and has not adapted in an ever changing marketplace.
