The quotas are 50% increases year over year- every year!. The more you build your territory the more quotas become unobtainable. People who have built million dollar territories are the ones who leave after 2 years as the 50% growth rate year over year is unobtainable. The sales person who built the highest volume territory in the country is making 0 commissions even though they are growing the territory because wether you have a tiny sales goal or the highest sales goal the 50% growth year over year every year quota is unobtainable.
