      Good to Awful Under New Management

      Pros

      Great product, everyone should know about it as it can apply to literally everyone and/or someone in their life.

      Cons

      New management is cliquish and do not reflect the core values they preach. They will tell you to reach out if you need anything, but scoff at you if you do. Quotas are impossibly high. Pressure to put on multiple KPIs per month make work/life balance impossible. Encouraged to take time if you need it, and ridiculed if you do. Salespeople are encouraged to have an entrepreneurial mindset yet are scrutinized for not parroting marketing material and fitting into the box they were initially encouraged to think outside of. Overall very frustrating.

      Pros

      The product is useful and some docs really like it.

      Cons

      The product is overpriced compared to the competition, they put NO money into R&D and its run by a bunch of flunkies from Entellus that promote their friends whenever they can. Just look at the LinkedIn profiles of upper management. BioTissue isn't a company, its just a welfare check for people who couldn't hack it at Stryker.

      Pros

      Great products fun place to work. Feel like you are really helping patients and they have top notch science. History of underpaying most employess. not plugged into salary standards for medical device and pharma companies.

      Cons

      In a very tough market. Selling products as Human tissue/fevice and not getting the Pharma premium they deserve. Makes hitting year-end bonus targets dificult.
