Pros

-Get to work in a new and exciting industry. -Career pathways program was a huge plus for me. It was new as of February 2019 -The team itself is awesome. The only reason I had to quit was that I had to move back home to take care of my sick mother.

Cons

The cannabis industry itself is super stressful. Lots of changes are made to the software due to changing rules and regulations.
