Great team with hard working people, interesting industry, never boring due to constant changes in the industry. Great work environment, very nice office, flexible schedules, room for growth.

Cons

Fast paced environment is not for everyone, very sink or swim, can be stressful depending on your position. Not a lot of training, if any.
