There is endless room for growth here if you're willing to not only bring up an idea but also implement the groundwork and follow up to make it happen. The team is awesome.

Cons

Limited resources, so there is more work than you can get done. Operational issues can sometimes overflow into other depts.

Most knowledgeable team in the space hands down. Fun working environment. Travel all over the country and sometimes other countries. The events and trade shows are a blast. You meet some of the most genuine people you'll see in the Cannabis Industry.

Cons

You get sucked into your work. Long hours . Deal with angry customers on the phone.
