Can't think of many...no drug test for thc, cool software

Literally everything else. The company is too lean. Techs that are able to carve out a niche for themselves with their skills survive while others are just rank and file. It's very much a survival of the fittest type of environment.

Leadership and culture suck. No opportunity for advancement. Pay is terrible. 30-40k. We had a really good Manager, but they weed out the good eggs really quick. Back with the old crap. Looking for another opportunity as we speak.
