a light severance package and an opportunity to move on.
Cons
- direction is more erratic then a chicken with its head cut off - the only way to address anything is to implement more steps between entry level and leadership when you have an issue - talk about growth, improved products, and then push back and delay month in and month out - install rate on fiber is honestly about 25% - complete disconnect between the steps of the sales process. no communication between sales support, project management, implementation, and billing. - did not address bad reviews, improve customer service, and would then have monthly conference calls to tell employees how great birch is and how much better they are.
