      Pros

      Not many other than it is remote and there are some great sales reps at this company to learn from. This is an ok company if you’re new to sales or a newbie in the space and need to learn smb.

      Cons

      Awful leadership lots of favoritism especially with VPs If you’re brown/black/hispanic RUN they will treat you differently. You will have higher goals and standards than your Caucasian counterparts. Learn how to train and keep enterprise level reps there’s a reason we all left!!

      Remote is the only Pro.

      Cons

      Extremely transactional style of sales that does not put the customer first don’t believe all the lies in the reviews! Management is extremely toxic, and they hand out pips like candy instead of actually coaching. They lose some of the best talent due to their lack of leadership. If you’re a mid sales person with no ability to think for yourself than this is the place for you.
