      BirdEye definitely has a product and engineering DNA and I love that. Get to solve engineering problems that impact businesses and consumers. Excited about infrastructure, big data and machine learning areas where we are way ahead of competitors. Very open culture and no bs

      Things move at the speed of light and you can't slack off. We should invest in tools and experiment more with latest technologies like beacons

      Pros

      BirdEye is by far the best company I have ever worked for! Our CEO Naveen Gupta is a true visionary that cares not only about the success of his company, but the success of each of his employees. I have been here for 2 years, and the growth that BirdEye has made is mind blowing. What has remained the same however, is the level of commitment to the employees and our success. Combine that with first in class technology , engineers and a killer sales team, BirdEye is the whole package! I can't wait for what is yet to come!

      A growing company hence a lot of changes - which is good thing but it also causes frequent learning and unlearning sometimes slowing its people down
