From the top down, everyone at Birdeye is dedicated to growing the company. In the sales org, you get to work with smart, dedicated, hard-working people from every department who all want to help get deals closed. We embrace a team-selling environment and upper-leadership is very willing to join calls to help the team win. There is a high-level of accountability, which helps make everyone better at their job.
Cons
We move very fast and sometimes there are multiple competing priorities/initiatives that are tough to juggle, but all of these initiatives are meant to help our teams sell more.
