Pros
I have been at Birdeye for 4 years and while it is challenging and fast paced, it has also been the most rewarding in my career. I started in a Commercial Sales role and after hitting quota and proving myself over 2 years, I was promoted to Enterprise Sales and now involved in much larger deals, which was always my goal. I appreciate that Birdeye created a path and supported me in this.
The product is stellar and extremely competitive and the team of developers and engineers are always innovating and adding features which is amazing.
I really appreciate that sales leadership is always ready to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with us - you don't find that everywhere and it is invaluable - not just for helping close deals, but I have learned to much with the hands on approach. Other department leaders are always willing to partner and assist, as well.
The company provides a ton of sales technology to help the sales teams be successful. Additionally, the sales enablement team is always providing continued sales training and learning opportunities.
