      Pros

      B&H is always on the move and there are constant opportunities to make an impact. Extremely hard workers can be found throughout the organization who make coming to work exciting and productive.

      Cons

      While you will never feel a sense of stagnation at B&H, there are times when the fast pace and continual change can be tiring.

      Birge and held is a good company to work for if your under certain people. They are small so they are easy to talk to at the corporate level

      Cons

      Not giving credit to the right people and punishing the wrong people.
