Birge & Held is a great company with many growth opportunities and is an overall fast-paced work environment. Their core values show employees that as a growing company people are the key to success. It is always a pleasure to work with all Birge & Held team members regardless of their job title. Just an overall great group of people that want to work hard and be successful.

Cons

Dayton/Cincinnati is a smaller sub-market that we are in right now, but we are definitely growing!

Decent salary on paper but not when you consider the number of hours in the long range. Zero work life balance!

Cons

Upper management is nothing but a want to be sorority/fraternity. They have no business in the positions they are in and lack over all experience. With this company it is completely who you know, not what you know. Everyone is dispensable and no matter your commitment and dedication, you will be stabbed in the back! Run for your life and seek employment elsewhere!
