      Pros

      Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      They buy old properties and do not do proper due diligence. The budgets they give you to work with are awful. There are no policies in place, they make them up as they go along. The upper management has no clue what they are doing and blame the onsite CM when the ridiculous budgets are not met.

      Met Awesome co-workers who left for same reason.

      Cons

      Corporate misleads and back stabs to save face to their peers. Regional supervisor make false write ups you never see or sign. Very poor organization and consistency. Residents suffer.
