Great staff, very positive environment, push for all staff members to further themselves.

Cons

Birge & Held has had so many success's that we tend to get ahead of ourselves a little bit- Therefore when we fail it hits a bit harder. Slow down and do our research a bit more.

Employees at B&H come from a diverse background and the leadership has a true service mentality. Not your typical Midwest real estate development and management company. This company does the right thing for the right reasons.

Cons

Growth sometimes out paces the number of hours in the week. Could be more strategic in upper management diversity.
