      Unfortunate Poor upper management

      Pros

      Met Awesome co-workers who left for same reason.

      Cons

      Corporate misleads and back stabs to save face to their peers. Regional supervisor make false write ups you never see or sign. Very poor organization and consistency. Residents suffer.

      Pros

      Small company that is growing.

      Cons

      Upper management has severely gone down hill in the past few months. I'm not sure if the owners are aware of the absolute catastrophe that is currently taking place. Very unprofessional. The older properties that they acquire are not getting the funding they need to operate efficiently.

      Offsite management can create a toxic work enviorment for onsite staff

      Pros

      They pay well. They do give raises, but in some cases, just not the raise they tell you that you will get. For me in particular, I was told that the math was done incorrectly on the amount given to me and I would actually be receiving cents less. When I asked if I could just receive the raise I was told I would be receiving I was met with "Its not in the budget."

      Cons

      Birge and Held offsite management will play favorites within the company and some policies only pertain to certain people and not others. Birge and Held does not allow employees who they think will give them a poor exit interview the opportunity to partake in an exit interview at all.
