Great company, with a great path for growth

Pros

Leadership team values your insight regardless of how far down the totem pole you are. The whole system works as a meritocracy. So if you are a valued employee then they treat you like family, and you will get compensated and promoted accordingly. The culture and work/life balance is also better than any firm I have worked for in the past.

Cons

Not much in terms of feedback. But they might forego stiff annual reviews in favor of open communication.

B&H is always on the move and there are constant opportunities to make an impact. Extremely hard workers can be found throughout the organization who make coming to work exciting and productive.

Cons

While you will never feel a sense of stagnation at B&H, there are times when the fast pace and continual change can be tiring.
