Beyond grateful to work for a company that values my opinion! I have worked for organizations that shove policies and procedures down people’s throats, but Birge & Held truly gets that they need to stay in touch with site staff. Have been in the business for over 15 years and this is my favorite place to work!

Cons

Still working on refining/tightening up some policies and procedures, but we’ll get there!
