mixed bag - good for your technical career but work style is old school

Pros

pay is decent, lots of training, opportunities for technical career advancement. If you live on technical topics, this is a great fit

Cons

Not a great place if your specialty is not technical. They like all their staff to be technical, including all their managers. The other con is their management culture - get it done at the cost of employee home life balance - sacrifice for the company is the expectation. Benefits are a little weak but on par with other Indian consulting companies.

Cons

Very cliquish culture; if you’re Indian you may fit in more easily. Management tends to prioritize their own interests. High-pressure sales environment — results matter above all else. Some may find the culture toxic, though it’s still better than many other Indian IT firms.

Cons

Nonexistent HR policies, with managers solely deciding employees’ futures. HR operates entirely under the manager’s direction. Managers exploit employees, secure green cards through L1 visas, underbid projects, and push employees to work day and night. Salaries are very low, with no raises, as managers prioritize increasing margins to secure their bonuses.
