Passionate people, disruptive product that is easy to use and demo. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable leadership group. Amazing people to work with. Everyone is keen to help, no matter what their own workload is. As company grows, more and more opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Still growing. One senior leader who I find particularly uninspiring. That's about all I can think of, for now.
