Pros

Nice office, nice coworkers, interesting functional space (BI). Occasional free lunch (once a month) but usually not enough for all attendees.

Cons

The CEO went all in on marketing and sales budget for Enterprise market but the gamble came up WAY short. Now the whole company is paying. So far laid off about 7% of the workforce and that included the sole engineering recruiter so if you code, look elsewhere. If we fail to land outstanding deals in Q1 there will likely be more layoffs. Overall, senior leadership at the C level is pretty uninspiring and attrition prior to layoffs had been accelerating. It sounds like that will now escalate based on hallway conversations. It's too bad but after 8 or so years of venture funding it may finally dry up.

Pros

1. The founders are amazing 2. GREAT GREAT product!! 3. Base Salaries were solid and good comp plans and benefits

Cons

The new management team they brought in mid-2014 has been destroying this once great company. I used to swear this company would be successful and now I'm not so sure anymore.

Crumbling Company

Pros

Has some run left after laying off nearly 10% staff in Q1. Some good staff still present.

Cons

There are constant internal arguments in the company that have been going around for years. These arguments almost always revolve around the shortcomings of the product. Old technology like Flash is still in use. Product is not stable, held together by spit and gum. The CEO blow off product arguments, ignoring the fundamental problems instead goes after the client facing teams as incompetent. There is a lot of incompetency to go all around in the product organization. You can't call a bug a bug without getting an earful. Get ready for a reprimand if you utter the word regression, which is all so common. Ask our clients.
