Pros

This is a young company, so challenging is meant in the most positive sense, there are plenty of opportunities for growth and influence of direction. The management are open and drive a really positive culture within the company. If you do the right thing you get rewarded, and the feedback is always in my experience straight forward but crucially constructive as well. The people are helpful, keen and reflect the drive of the culture, it is fun to work here.

Cons

As mentioned above, this is a young company so is still learning and improving in some areas. This is to be expected, but your mindset needs to be that change is good and will happen, because things do move fast.
