Pros

- Definite changes in company culture for the better - Flexible and accomodating - Can easily find answers to questions - People are very nice - Company get-togethers twice a year and larger focus on community service activities

Cons

Some people wear too many hats and you can end up with a "too many cooks in the kitchen" situation.

Pros

Lots of employees who have worked together for a long time Almost all are very kind, helpful, willing to pitch in Cash-rich = no layoffs and a secure work environment

Cons

Senior team in place for 25, refuse to retire - no room for promotion Two conflicting company directions that split resources and make organization directionless No ability to deliver the technology in a timely fashion Hostile / controlling environment

Nice place to work, good people

Pros

Company cares about its employees. Culture is changing for the better - more emphasis on process, better communication, metrics. Product Management team is expanding which helps. Nice people to work with - always easy to find someone to help out. Very accommodating for family/personal issues.

Cons

Too many projects to work on, splitting engineers between multiple areas, feels like you're pulled in several directions at once.
