Terrible company to work for

Pros

It's difficult to get fired and management is hands off. The owner has no idea what I even do

Cons

You will never get a promotion or raise, unless you spend years brown nosing. The pay is way below market rate, but their mentality is if you don't like it, leave. The penny pinching is ridiculous. You will be spoken to for taking an extra ten minutes at lunch, but not for staying late. Management thinks that your paycheck is a gift that you should be thankful for.

Pros

Management is very friendly and open, Free lunch on Wednesdays, Departments work well together. The workplace is very easy going and laid back, it enables someone with the right attitude to go at their own pace and succeed in their goals. The workload is definitely there but the environment enables you to really fly through it and leave happy at the end of the day.

Cons

Work from home is available but not encouraged
