The dogs care more about you than the management team does in certain locations. Heaven forbid you get hurt outside of the job, they either refuse to accommodate the fact that you're injured and obviously in severe pain or have you go do the furthest walk possible that makes you walk around with an injury and then they get upset because you want to relax for a moment and have people spying on you. As soon as a dog gets hurt though, they're infinitely more concerned for the dog than their employees. Had I not been moved from my location against my consent I wouldn't have had to deal with any of that because the location I transferred to to become a walker was so much better than the one I returned to, they actually did care about their workers and did not treat them like expendables.

The dogs are not only in the kennels but in the office as well, they show no respect to the employees, i had a senior level job with the co but they just treat you like crap, you are nothing but replaceable bodies to them, glad to get out of there, don't go there, you will regret it. There is a reason their online ratings pretty much everywhere are in the crapper, they treat you like crap.
