Pros

if you love dogs, this is definitely a place to mix passion for dogs while at work

Cons

huge turnover. staff are not appreciated and continue to be undervalued, underpaid, over worked. no break room. no time for breaks. no life balance. if you're married or have significant others - this is definitely not the place to nurture any relationship.

Pros

Petting dogs, Playing with Dogs, they are the only real pro

Cons

Too many to list, but they include condescending managers, hr people, and clients. If you have a good heart, they will take advantage of you, overall, don't bother, its like selling your soul to the devil. They teach you not to put blame on each other, but boy when its your fault, the blame is made felt!

Pros

On occassion there is an opportunity to pet a dog.

Cons

It is not what it seems. Upper management says they want to strive to make this a fun atmosphere to work in. However; their words and there actions do not match up. I found some employees vindictive, petty, and unprofessional. I observed sales quotas being used in a manipulative fashion and a manager with an explosive near violent temper. Not a good atmosphere at all. I have years of successful customer service experience and their philosophy is for the location personnel not to talk to an upset customer. They send the issue into a black hole which is called their customer service center where the customer gets a series of half truths and canned responses. If the locations had managers equipted to handle dissatissfied customers; there would be no issue, better and more personalized customer service and the increased sales and less churn then they are experiencing.
