the dogs are really great

The dogs are not only in the kennels but in the office as well, they show no respect to the employees, i had a senior level job with the co but they just treat you like crap, you are nothing but replaceable bodies to them, glad to get out of there, don't go there, you will regret it. There is a reason their online ratings pretty much everywhere are in the crapper, they treat you like crap.

Pros

The dogs, for the most part. And that's really all there is.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees and are useless in rather important situations...like a female employee getting sexually harassed, for starters. Lies about advancement (hard to get, if at all) and just a shady atmosphere. Horrible conditions for the dogs. They're pets, not cattle. Some employees were super creepy.

Your dog isn’t in a crate at home

Cons

They are dishonest in almost everything they do. Your dog can be attacked and you would never know to keep you as a customer. They keep certain dogs in crates even when they’re supposed to be on the track unbeknownst to the family. They talk bad about some of the dogs and pay less attention when needed. Management is racist and is overall awful.
